Says that the Deced died about half after
six on Friday Morning the fifth Instant
and Dept. believes that the Wound of the
Pistol Ball was the Cause of the Deced's
death, And this Dept. says that the
Deced several times asked. Dept. if he
knew who had the Ball, desired Dept
to get it if he could, and to take care
of it.

Alexander Grant< no role > of St. Alban Street in
the Parish of St. James Westmr. Surgeon on
his Oath saith That on Wednesday Evening
last the Third Instant, about Nine o'Clock
the Honoble Colonel Cosmo Gordon< no role > sent
a Servant of Major Skellys to Deponent
desiring him to be at Major Skelly's the
next Morning at five o'Clock, Says that
he went to Major Shelly's Lodgings in
Bury Street St. James at that hour, Says
that Main kelly said that Colonel Gordon wanted Dept. that he
was not come but was coming there,
and soon after Colonel Gorden came, and
told Dept. that he must go along with him
and Major Skelly, Says that they all three
went into a Coach and were carried
directly to Grosvenor Gate< no role > Says that
Colonel Gorden and Major Skelly got out
of the Carriage and walked into Hyde Park ,
and that one of them told Dept. to wait in
the Carriage and that they should be with
him presently Says that he sat in the
Carriage, and in less than a Quarter of an
hour Dpt. heard the Report of a Pistol
two or three times, upon which he went
