on Oath before me one of his Majesty Justices
of the Peace
for the said County.
Who on his Oath saith that on the Thirty first day of
July last about a Quarter before Eleven o'Clock at night
he was stopped by Three or four, men on fast near Hangers lane
between Stamford Hill< no role >
and Tottenham the Parish of Tottenham
and was by
them Robbed of a Guinea and a half and some Silver
and Saith that the being in a Coach with five others
they opened the Coach door and one of them this Informant
over his thigh with a Cutlass which he had in his
hand and believes Charles Thompson< no role >
the Prisoner
now under Examination to be the Person who so
Struck him with the Hanger as above mentioned
