The Information of William Stronach< no role > living at
the Sign of the Bull Petty Coat Lane Christ Church Whitechapel
Victualer taken on Oath the 11 day Aug 1783

Who Sayth that last night about the hour of Eleven
he missed the Forelock to the Bolt which Fastens the Tap
room Shuter which caused him to apprehended that
the said Forelock had been taken away on purpose the
more easily to then breaking into this Informants House
That he with his Servant and a Lodger set up in
order to Watch That between Twelve and One
o Clock he heard some person or persons without
feeling at the said Bolt that they did the same often
but was interrupted by the Watchman or other persons
passingThat soon after the Watchman called the
Hour of OneSame men Opened the Shutter of the
Window and Liftd. up the Sash of the said Tap Room< no role >

Sayth That the person now in Bed at the London
Hospital who says his Name is Henry Moses< no role > attempted
to get in at the Window of the said Tap Room and had
part of his Body in that he this Informant fered a
Pistol and as he apprehends the Shot which was
fired from said Pistol wounded the said Henry Moses< no role >
who got away for that TimeThat this Informant
is certain The said Henry Moses< no role > is the Man who was
coming in at the Window of his said Tap Room and
the person who he [..] Aimed at and Fired his
Pistol
