Who saith that the Mutton found in the Bag claimed
by Mark Fairhurst< no role > aforesaid he found between Bayswater
and Tyburn Turnpike between the hours of three and
four o'Clock last Saturday morning as he was going to
Acton after some WorkThat said Bag and Mutton
lay in the Horse Road That he took it up and put
it into the Turnpike house where he left it till between
7 & 8 o'Clock the same morning and when he returned for
it he was taken into Custody. That when he first found
said Bag he shook the Contents out of it to see what
was in it and afterwards put all in again expect
the [..] Heart and Tail which he put into his pocket.
