Who confesseth that on Monday Evening last between five and
Seven o'Clock William Warbois< no role >
now present called on this Examinant
at the Mitre in Johnson's Court
where they drank four pints
of Porter. That they went from thence a little after Seven
o'Clock to the Blue Bell
in Tothill Street where they
met Abraham Brereley< no role >
now present with whom they drank
Two Pots of Beer and then Separated. That in the Broadway
this Examinant met Warbois again who asked this Examinant
to go into the Star and Crown in the Broadway which he
did it being then between 8 and 9 Clock That in a short
time Brereley came in also and after drinking a Pot of
Beer and eating some Bread and Cheese (which Warbois paid
for) they all three went towards Pimlico
where they drank
another pot of Beer. That they afterwards committed the
Robberies mentioned in this Examination former Examination
together with a third Robbery at that time omitted.
