Who says that that was present at the Croud in the
Strand this Evening about a Quarter Part 6 o'Clock when the
said John Allen< no role > charged him with stealing his Watch
Says that he saw a Watch claimed by said John Allen< no role >
as stolen from him lying on the Ground but did not
steal it nor had any Concern in Stealing the same
