Who being on Oath say, and first said William Usherwood< no role >
says that last, Night about twenty Minutes past 9 oClock he was
robbed by two Foot pads on the other side the Wheatsheaf at
Paddington
of a Linen Handkerchief and two Glass Cloths now
produced and six shillings and some Half penceThat immediately
after the Robbery he with others pursued said Foot pads (one of
whom he is very sure is a person now present who calls himself
John Bitton< no role >
and apprehended him but the other escapedAnd the said Joseph
Errington< no role >
says that he pursued said Footpads with said
William Usherwood< no role >
and came up just as he was
struggling with said John Bitton< no role >
That he seized hold of
said Bitton and assisted in conveying him to this Informants
House here he searched him and found in his Possession
the said Linen Handkerchief and Glass ClothsAnd the said
James All blaster says he assisted in seizing said John Bitton< no role >
who had the Pistol now produced in his Hand and was
endeavouring to get away from said William Usherwood< no role >
That
they apprehended him and took said Pistol from him
