Who being upon Oath say and First the said
Ann Fitzgerald< no role >
for herself saith that last
Night between the Hours of Ten and Two
her Apartments in the House of one Mr
[..] Mayboult situate as aforesaid let out in seperate apartments
was Broke open and Entered and a feather
Bed her Property was feloniously taken
and carried away from and out of the same
and that the Feather Bed now produced is the
Property of her this Informant and the same
that she was Robbed of as aforesaid
And this Informant Charles Nowell for himself
saith that being on his Duty about two o'Clock
this Morning he Apprehended the person now
present who says her name is Margaret Beale< no role >
with a Feather Bed in Money Bag Alley Blue Anchor yard
aforesaid
That suspecting the said Margaret Beale< no role >
had
Stolen the said Bed he took her to the Watchhouse
and that the Bed now by him produced is the
same that he Stopped the said Margaret Beale< no role >
with in Money Bag Alley aforesaid
