Who being upon Oath saith the Person now present
now Presentwho calls himself George Gloster has
been Drinking at the House of him this Informant
this afternoon three or four Hours that between
Six and Seven o'Clock this Eveng. the said George Gloster< no role >
wished this Informant good night That soon
after he this Informant went Backwards into his
yard and there saw a person and not then
knowing who [..] he was he went up to and caught
hold of said person who [..] appeared to be the
said George Gloster< no role >
, That as soon as he this
Informant had so Caught or seized hold of the
said George he Dropped a Small Sucking Pig [..]
from under his Armwhowhich he believes
the said George Gloster< no role >
had stolen out of
the Pig Hie in the said yard and That the
said Pig [..] is the Property of him this Informant
