Middlesex to wit


The Information of Richard Yates< no role > of the
Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch pruterer and
Peter Stuckbury< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. of the same Place Butcher taken
and made on Oath before me one of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex
the 1st. day of April 1782.

This Informant Richard Yates< no role > saith that on Thursday
Evening last there was feloniously stolen out of his
Shop in Shoreditch one Dozen of Pewter Syringes his
Property [..] which were tied up in a Piece of brown paper
and lay on this Informants Counter And further maketh
Oath that he verily believes that eleven pewter Syringes
new produced and shewn [..] to him by the said Peter Stuckbury< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.
in a piece of Paper, are part of the above Syringes which
were stolen out of this Informants Shop as aforesaid by
reason that they correspond in the Size and a Mark on the
out side of the paper with others he is now possessed of.
And this Informant Peter Stuchbury saith that he found
the above eleven Syringes tied up in a Piece of paper in
the pocket of one Catharine Harvey< no role > whom this Informant
apprehended for stealing some Money out of a Bakers
Shop.
