Who being upon Oath say, and first the said James
Simmonds< no role > says that a Brass Collar now produced is his property and
was round the Neck of a Black Bitch last Thursday about ½
past one oClock at his House in One Tun Passage Hungerford
Market from whence it was stolen the same dayAnd the said
Thomas Carpmeal says that on Friday last he found in the
Possession of a person nowproducedpresent who calls himself
William Simmonds< no role > the said Brass Collar
