of January 1782
Who being upon Oath say, and first the said William
Purse< no role >
says that a black Sattin Petticoat and a Red Cloth Cloak
now produced were hanging up at this Deponents Shop between the
hours of three and five oClock this Evening, since which the same were
feloniously stolenAnd the said Henry Turner< no role >
says that
this Evening about 5 oClock [..] a person now present
who calls himself John Olive< no role >
came to his said Master Shop
and offered to pawn the said black Sattin Petticoat and
Cloak, on which he took him into Custody
