That on Friday Evening last he was with the said
Waggon in Hart, Street Bloomsbury That he saw a
Man who says his Name is George Mawley< no role >
Standing under the Waggon and immediately saw
him go from the sd. Waggon with a Trunk upon
him, that he asked him where he was going
with the said Trunk, upon which he gave him
some abusive Language Throwed the Trunk
down and ran away, That the followed him and
took him before a Magistrate, and he verily
belives the said George Mawley< no role > to have taken the
same, out of the said Waggon, with Intent to
Steal the same
