that they afterwards searched the said Cellar by Virtue of
a Search Warrant and there found five of the said Staves
and the said Thomas Brown< no role > further says that the said
Staves are the property of Messrs. Christian Heincken< no role > and
Luder Hoffham< no role > and some of them are marked so that he
can swear to them

Oath further Informeth one and Saith that Theophilus
Rutt

to in the above Information and is the Identical
Person who threatened to be the death of him this
Informant if he made any Disturbance or prevented
the said Charles Currant< no role > from taking the said
Staves.
