Who being upon Oath say, and first the said Peter Botham< no role >
says that last Friday Morning he employed one Hugh Graham< no role >
to carry
Coals out of his houseThat after the said Graham had finished
his Work he paid him for the same and soon afterwards perceived
a person now present who calls himself [..]

coming out
of his house on which he asked him," what he was doing in his
house"-that said Jacks said he was looking for his Knife and
went away, soon after which he was informed by the said Jane
Bowerbank< no role >
that a Silver Waiter< no role >
has been stolen away-And
the said Jane Bowerbank< no role >
says that the place where the Coals
belonging to her said Master were kept was in a back Cellar
that she was going into the Kitchen on Friday Morning last when she
was alarmed by seeing the said Jacks in the Kitchen about three
Quarter of an hour before which, she is very sure she saw a
silver Waiter belonging to her said Master upon the DresserThat
she asked said Jacks what he wanted there to which he answered
he had lost his knifeThat soon after said Jacks was gone she
missed the said Silver Waiter and is very sure that no person except
her Master was in the house from the time of her seeing the said
Waiter to the time she missed it from which and other Circumstances
she is certain the said Jacks feloniously stole the said Waiter
