up and came down Stairs about 7. o Clock this Morning and the
first thing he observed as he was coming down Stairs was a
Window upon the Staircase which looks over a Wall to a
Narrow Passage going into Black Horse Yard Rath bone place
a little openand the County [..] and verily believes Some person came into his House by
Breaking the said Window open and Stole the Things now
produced And Saith They are all his property

This Informant Jane Doe< no role > Saith That Shewas
and her Servant Mary Holman< no role > went to Bed about One
o Clock and that before they went They fastened all the Doors
and Windows and She in particular remembers the Window
on the Stairs Case to be Shut down Close

This Informant Mary Holman< no role > Saith That
She is Servant to the said Henderson Doe< no role > and that She
went up Stairs to Bed at the Same time with her Mistress
and is certain all the Doors and Windows were at that time
Fastened and Shut And Saith That the things now produced
were in the House at the time She went to Bed as aforesaid

This Informant Samuel Exell< no role > Saith That the
Great Coat now produced is his Own property

This Informant John Cross< no role > Saith That he found
the said Coat upon the said person and Took the same from him
