Bed Room in his House that the latter end of September this Deponent
received a Letter from Mr Millington acquainting him
that the Closet in the Back room one pair of Stairs
had been [..] opened and some Book taken out,
and that the front Room up two pair of Stairs called the Optic
Room had also been open'd and several things taken out, and
this deponent says that when he left Town [..] he lock'd
the optic Room door and lock'd the Key up so that no person could come
at it but himself That when this deponent come to Town he
found the Optic Door of [..] been open'd and the several things
follow's taken out Viz: Seven Prizims two Violins, a Lays reflect-
ing Telescope and a refracting Telescope, and out the Cupbord in the Closet
Marquivers Chymical Distisnary two Vollums and some other
[..] And this Dept. saith that the several things now produced are his property
Books was also taken by the sd. Ed: Arnold< no role > that are out of the grand Lecture Room, a celestial Glob
And Mr William Rd. Baker Wearum for himself saith that
the reflecting Telescope now produc'd he Lent Wright the Prisoner Half
Anda Guinea on, and William Hall< no role > for himself saith that the
seven priz [..] now produced he received of [..] a person who said by pled yd them for his Master in the name of Arnold [..] Ten Shillgs and Six pence
And James Ashman< no role > for himself saith the two Books now
produced he took in a pledge of Wright the prisoner and
Lent him four Shillings thereon

And Henry Hewer< no role > for himself saith that the Violin
and Case now produced he took in a pledge of Wright
the Prisoner and lent him fifteen Shillings thereon
