not gone, at the same time being Infound by Mr. Walker
Son that he Suspected some doors had been broke open and
some things of in [..] others taken away, this deponent desired
the Servants to tell the said Arnold the next time he
came he desired to speak with him but not seeing him
this Deponent desired the first time the said Arnold
came to let time know, That the [..] shortly after the
said Arnold came to the House of the sd. Mr. Walker and this deponent being
infound thereof, went down and Interogated him respecting
the doors being open'd and the Things taken away the said
Arnold then abused this Deponent and Mr Walker and
desired the whole, this deponent then immediately wrote of
Mr Walker and acquainted him of the whole, Mr Walker in
return desired this Deponent to have the said Arnold Secur'd
whichand soon afterwards Saml. Wright the Prisoner coming
to this deponent House was stopt [..] by this Dept. and the sd. Saml. Wright then Inform'd this
Deponent where Arnold was to be found and also Confess'd
to this deponent the taking away of several things [..] on top
Mr. Walkers House [..]
And Immediately this deponent went and found the said Arnold
in bid and had him secured, who afterwards Confessed the
robbing of Mr. Walker House

And Mr. Walker for himself saith that in the Month of
June last this Deponent went into the County and left
the Prisoner Edmund Arnold< no role > to have Access to a Work Suop and a
