Justices of the Peace for the send
County

Who being upon Oath say and first this
Informant Jonathan Alderton< no role > for himself saith
That on the 22d day of September last about Nine
o'Clock in the Morning he was informed that [..]
[..] his had been robbed
[..] when he Immediately pursued
the two person's now present who call themselves
William Smith< no role > and Richard Coleman< no role > when
he with Assistance Apprehended the said two
Men about three Quarter of a Mile from his said
House

And this Informant Thomas Jones< no role > for
himself saith that he was at work in a field
adjoining to the House of the said Jonathan Alderton< no role >
when he saw four Men two in the Garden of Mr.
Alderton one in a Ditch a joining the Garden and one
Jumping out of a Window of the House of the said
Jonathan Alderton< no role > upon which he Immediately
went and informed [..] Jonathan Holloday a Servant of Mr
Alderton's who went Immediately in present of these [..]
when the said Richard Coleman< no role > was taken and that he this
Informant is positive that the two persons
now present who calls [..] themselves William
