Informant immediately pulled his Hand out of this
Informant Pocket and stole thereout at the same time
the said Five Shillings this Informants Money which he had
received of his Brother in law as aforesaid. That the said
William Statia< no role > ran away across Moorfields towards
ChristopherHorse shoe Alley this Informant following him
and crying out that the said william Statia< no role > had robbed
him. That the said William Statia< no role > [..] stopped at the
beginning of the Alley (this Informant having then almost
overtook him) and said to this Informant Hush Hust
here's two Shillings. That this Informant replyed to him
You William you have robbed me of Five" whereupon the
said William Statia< no role > sworn at this Informant very much
seized hold of his [..] Collar and called out for the Watchman
and one the Watchmen coming up the said William Statia< no role >
gave this Informant in Charge to the Watchmen [..]
this Informant believes and suspectsas having
been guilty of an attempt to commit an unnatural
Crime, in order as this Informant believes and suspects
to avoid being apprehended or prosecuted for robbing
this Informant of the Five Shillings.
