The Information of Martha< no role > wife of
William Hobb< no role > and Donald Mc Donald< no role >
taken before Us two [..] of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said
County City and Liberty

Who being upon Oath and first this Informant
Martha Hobb for herself Saith that on Saturday
the Ninth of June about Six o Clock in the Evening
the two persons now present who call themselves
Charles Stone< no role > and Benjamin Harvey< no role > came into
her father's Shop in Cockspur Street Charing Cross
Pretending to want a Glass put to a Watch that
at that time a large Glass Case Containing
many Valuable Jewels and Toys in Gold lay
upon the Counter that this Informant turning
her back to the said Glass Case in order to [..]
Speak to her Servant she does Suppose and believes
that Charles Stone< no role > lifted up the said Glass lase
and took out a Case Containing therein about
Thirty Valuable Rings and other Toys, of [..]
the Value of of Forty pounds which she was
Sure was in the Glass Case a few Minutes
before they came into the said Shop that
the said Charles Stone< no role > went out and as she
is Informed and believes gave the said Case
with its said Contents to an Accomplice who
Stood at the Door ready to receive it that upon
the Boys going out the said Benjamn Harvey< no role >
amused her with [..] various Questions but
Coming round to the E [..] Case she Immediately
