Wall of the back part of the said House who got
into the back parlour and when this Informant came
into the House he was informed by Young that the
People whom he found in the House were amuss
Stairs upon which he pursued then and took
Marshall otherwise Moore the person now present
who [..] in the Cock left at the Top [..] of
the House without his Coat and Waistcoat his
Shirt Sleeves tacked up and his hands very
black this Informant further says that he
then came down Stair into the Kitchen &
foundthe formedthe Stamping Press fixed in
the back Kitchen with an half penny between
the Dye the Cutting Press fixed under the Stairs
and the Several Dyes Punches Tools and
Implements for the purpose of Coining a great
Quantity of Counterfeit half pence a Quantity
of Copper and also found the Waistcoat belonging
to Marshall laying a side the Cutting Press under
the Stairs which he owned was his property and
his Hatt Wig and Coat in the front Kitchen
where the Counterfeit half pence were found
And this Informant Dennis Mc Donald< no role >
for himself saith that he was with the
other Informants when they entered the House
abovementioned and confirms their Testimony in
every part except as to the apprehending Marshall
otherwise Moore and William Steele< no role > and
