to and was the property of Messr.. Prickett and Davis [..] and that
soon afterwards they went to Sunbury in the said County and Stole Three
Tubs which were standing in the Street which they carried to Hampton but whose property they were this
Deponent cannot tell And that so [..] time afterwards he this Deponent
together with the said John Hodges< no role > Alexander Frazier< no role > and one George,
Fleet another Private Man in the said Regiment) went to Teddington
in the said County and Feloniously Stole and carried away two Ewe
Sheep from Teddington aforesaid which he this Deponent is informed
was the property of William Redford< no role > of Teddington aforesaid Butcher
which said Sheep and other Cattle which they Stole as aforesaid they
always Killed and divided between them and that some time afterwards he this
Deponent together with the said John Hodges< no role > and Alexander Frazier< no role > went
to [..] Park aforesaid and Knocked down Tom Ducks which they
brought home to Hampton and Divided And that some time afterwards
he this Deponent together with the said John Hodges< no role > and Alexander
Frazier
< no role > went to Lady [..] Drake's at Hampton and Stole and brought away
with them about Six Towles and a Baf of Garden Stuff and there left
the Sack which they Stole at Farmer Shores at Hanworth and the
same Night they this Deponent John Hodges< no role > and Alexander Frazier< no role >
Stole and brought away with them Three Turkies the property of John
Raincock of Hampton Gentleman And that some time afterwards
He this Deponent together with Alexander Frazier< no role > Feloniously Stole
a Sack of Peas the Property of Benjamin Franklin< no role > of Hampton Farmer
from his Barm at Hampton aforesaid And that some time after
that they this Deponent John Hodges< no role > and Alexander Frazier< no role > Stole [..]
from the [..] Coach house of Lanceloft BrownBrownEsqr.. situate in
the Hamlett of Hampton Wict: aforesaid A Coat and an old Waistcoat and a
Horse Cloth and that some time aforewards this Deponent together
with John Hodges< no role > Alexander Frazier< no role > and Feorge Fleet went to Hampton
Court to the [..] Warehouse of Thomas Moore< no role > and that Hodges unlocked the Door and that whilst they
were filling the Sacks with Coals they were alarmed by a person who
asked them who was there upon which they endeavored to make
their escape but closely persued by the said Person and he this
Deponent being nearly taken he with his Stick give the said Person
a violent blow upon the Face by which means they all escaped this
Deponent also Recollects a little before Christmas that he with the said
John Hodges< no role > and Alexander Frazier< no role > Stole from Mr Watts of Hampton
aforesaid Brewer from his Brewhouse at Hampton about a Bushell &
half of Coals and about a Bushell of Malt and also four Fowles [..] from
Mr. Edward Lowry< no role > of Hampton at Ham[pton aforesaidand th allall the
aforesaid Felonies were committed in the Night
