The Informations of Thomas Peasnall< no role > and George
Duckham
< no role > taken and made on Oath before me one
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County of Middlesex the 11th. day of July 1781.

This Informant the Said Thomas Peasnall< no role > Saith that about
nine o'Clock this Morning his Dwelling House situate in
French Alley in the parish of Saint Luke the said County
(no Person being therein and the Door thereof locked) was
broke open by some Person or Persons of present unknown
to this Informant and one Cutlass this Informants
property Stolen thereout And Further saith that he suspects
and believes that Matthew Bath< no role > and Abraham Mayhew< no role >
are the persons who broke into his said House and Stole
the said Cutlass thereout as aforesaid.

This Informant the said George Duckham< no role > Saith that
soon after nine o'Clock this Morning on an Alarm being
given that some Thieves had broke into the House of the
above named Thomas Peasnall< no role > and were then in the House
this Informant went to the said House and having received
the Key of the Door thereof from the said Peasnalls
Daughter he opened it and went in. That going into the
Room on the ground Floor on the right Hand side this
Informant there Saw Matthew Bath< no role > and Abraham Mayhew< no role >
That the said Matthew Bath< no role > had a Cutlass in his Hand
