had used the Bason , something that surprized her, and said
she would call up Mrs. Marsh, the Maid desired she would
not, the Candle being almost out, Deponent said well I
must go down to Mrs. Marsh for a Candle, the Maid said
there were Candles enough, without going down so far, but
Deponent went down to the Kitchen, and called Mrs. Marsh
out of her Bed. Mrs. Marsh came up Stairs into the Maids
Room, and seeing the Maid have the Bason, called Mrs.
Wilson, who lodges in the House and she came, Mrs. Wilson
opened what was in the Bason and found nothing. Mrs.
Marsh then said now Beckyifyou have hid it as long
as you can, there must be something else in the way, the
Maid then cried, and said, she had been at the Necessary, and
something went from her but she did not know what it was,
Deponent says that the matter that was in the Bason
was burnt by Mrs. Marsh on Saturday night in the Kitchen
the Deponent being then present
