any Petticoats on, Deponent asked her how she was, she
said she was very full of Pain, Deponent went to Sleep again
and waked and found the Maid in Bed, she then asked her
how she did, she answered she was better, for she had
been down into the Yard, in the Morning the Maid got
up, and did the Work of the House as usual, Deponent
got up afterwards, and saw Something in the Bed on the
Sheets that [..] appeared to her as if the Maid had Mis-
Carried, as also appearances on the Maids own Linnen,
that confirmed her in this Opinion, Deponent told Mrs.
Marsh that she had seen something about her Maid
and in the Bed, and her Maid being Ill in the Night, that
she did not like, and seemed very old to her, Mrs. Marsh
then called the Maid, and asked her the meaning of it,
the Maid said she had been Ill, and that nothing of a
Miscarriage or anything of the Kind happened. On the
Friday night Deponent and the Maid went to Bed together again, and
the Maid said she wanted to make Water, she had not made
Water all Day, she beleived she should he long, and Deponent
reached her a wash Hand Bason, Deponent saw when the
Maid
