upon his Oath sayth that
the Barge belonging to Mr. Thruckston of
Hertford came to his Lock in the Evening of
Tuesday the Twenty Fourth of April last-
from London in its way to Hertford Laden
with Thirty Quarters of what and fifteen
Chaldrons of Coals - that they lay at the said
Lock all that Night and went through-
early in the Morning - that one
