The Information of Dennis Mc Donald< no role >
Charles Grubb< no role > and Patrick Devine< no role >
taken before Us two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said
County City and Liberty

Who being upon their Oath severally say And first
this Informant Charles Grubb< no role > for himself saith
that he is an Constable s of the Parish of Saint Giles
in the Fields in the said County that he receivedInformation
Intelligence of several presses Engines & Dyes fit fore
Coining half pence were concealed in a House in Castle Court
in Fullwoods Rents No.9 Occupied by one Lawton
in Prisonance of which he went to the said House [..]
foundon Wednesday Morning last and found a Small
Cutting Press or Engine Concealed in the Cellar and upon
searching farther found between the [..] Ceiling of the
Kitchin [..] the Two Dyes now produced and found the prison
new present who calls himself John Overton< no role > [..]
in the Kitchen close to the Door [..] of the Celler where
the said Presser Engine was in And this Informant
Dennis Mc Donald< no role > for himself saith that he is an
Head borough of the parish of Saint Giles that he received
Intelligence of several presses Engines & dyes fit
for Coining half Pence were Concealed in the above House
in Castle Court, Fullwords Rents No. 7 and Searched the
said House and found in the Pocket of Mrs Lawton
two Blank Pieces of Copper of the Sige of an Half penny
and a Number of Counterfeit Half pence now produced
and upon the Chimney piece in the back parlour three
other pieces of Blank Copper rounded to the Sige of an
Half penny and in the Cellar where the Press or Engine was
formed them several pieces of Clippings of Copper also
now produced And this Informant further saith that
