Justices of the Peace in and for
the said County of Middlesex
this 13th. Day of June 1775

This Informant upon his oath saith
that William Singer< no role > did feloniously
Take and Carry away one Gallon, and
upwards of Lamp Oil, the Property of
the said John Dodds< no role > and he hath just
Reason to believe one Sarah Smallman< no role >
did feloniously Receive from William
Singer< no role > one Gallon, and upwards of
Lamp oil, the Property of the said
John Dodds< no role > Knowing the same to have
been Stolen being I and in her Custody
