But agreed that if he and Jackland
committed the Robbery, he would go off
the Country with them, and then they
parted Declares That on the day following
being Saturday about Noon he again
met with the Saids Muggleton and Jackland
and by their conversation, he understood
they were uncertain whether they
could get the Robbery committed that
evening or not, and he left them
That the Declarant having Occasion
to go upon business to the King's head
in the Corner of Grosvenor Street about
Seven o'Clock at night, left notice there of
at the Penny Post Office, And as he
was walking towards the said Tavern
Muggleton called upon the Declarant
desiring him to come along "for they
"had got it," meaning as the Declaremt
understood, that Jackland & he had
committed the Robbery, that they
two went to a House in Shag Lane
where they met Jackland, from thence
