Instant set off in a Post Chaise in Order to proceed on their Journey to
Dublin aforesaid with the said William Wardell< no role > And the said
Richard Jackson< no role > for himself saith that the said John Clark< no role > is
a material Witness for this Deponent against John Braban for
burglary charged to have been committed by him in this Deponents
Dwelling House and that without the Benefit of the Testimony of the
said John Clark< no role > this Deponent cannot as he is advised and verily
believes Prosecute the said John Braban< no role > with Effect at this
present Session
