offered to lodge the said Bond with him as a Security for
the same, That this Informant delivered the Bond which the
said Robert Perrean published to his to the said George Wheatley< no role > ,
and the said George Wheatley for himself says that the
Bond now produced is the same Bond which the said Henry
[..] delivered to this Informant as above mentioned
and this Informant Henry Drummond< no role > for himself
further says that from the Enquiries he has since made
of William Adair Esquire and the Information he hath
received her does verity believe the said Bond is not the
Bond of the Said William Adair Esquire but that the
same is false forged and counterfeited
