thereofand as yr andthat pr.therefore being taken ontherefore was apprehended & Suspicion of
committing sd. Robbery & Convicted thereon notwithstanding
the truth is as afsd.He has a Wife in the 6th. month of her
Pregnancy & 2 small Children who must become inevitably parish or a burthen [..]
