Newgate for the County of Middlesex
of the Prisoners therein being
do hereby Certify that it Appears to me by the Records of the Delivery
of the said Gaol of Newgate holden for the said County of Middlesex
at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
in the Suburbs of the City of London
on Wednesday the Fifteenth day of February in the Fifteenth Year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third
now King of
Great Britain Etc. Before me and others my fellow Justices Assigned
to deliver the said Gaol of our said Lord the King of Newgate of the
Prisoners therein being that the following persons among others were
prisoners in the Custody of

And that such prisoners being severally
Indicted for such Felony were on Tryal at the said Delivery of the said
Gaol of Newgate Acquitted And were there upon immediately Discharged
and set at Liberty in open Court without the Payment of any Fee
or Sum of Money to the Sheriff of the said County or to the said Gaoler
or Keeper of the said Gaol or Prison for or in respect of such Discharge
pursuant to the Statute in such Case lately made and provided And
I do further Certify that it also Appears to me by the Records of the
said Delivery of the said Gaol of Newgate that the following persons
(among others) were also prisoners in the Custody of the said
