Esqr that on Thursday last being the 27th. of
January about a quarter past nine at night he locked up the
stable Door of his said Master and particularly remembers that at
the time he so lock'd the said stable Door he left in the said
Stable his Great Coat saith that he got up next Morning
about half after five [..] and went to the said Stable [..] to look
after and clean his said master Houses and found that the said
stable Door had been unlocked and that his said Great Coat [..]
was Stolen or taken-away Saith that he and and his fellow servant
Lodged over [..] the Stables and that he kept the key of the said Stable Door
in his Pocket all night And further saith that about four oClock
in the afternoon of the day the said Great Coat was Stolen the servant
of one Mr Peaks of Rosemary Lane came to him and told him
that his Master had bought a great Coat which was thought to be
his-saith that he went with the servant of the said Mr Peaks
to Rosemary Lane where the great Coat now produced was shown
to him which said Great Coat is the same [..] that was Stolen
[..] or taken out of the said Stable and is the property of the said
Anthony Dickins his said Master
