This Informant upon his Oath saith
that on Wednesday the Second Day
of this Instant February about Eight
o'Clock in the Evening as he was going
from his Masters Mr Raylance to Mr
Dawson a Publican in Charter house
Lane
where he purposed to have a
Pint or Two of Beer he met these one
Thomas Walsom who desired to drink
some of his Beer which this Informant
agreed to and they drank a Pint a Piece and
from thence they went to the Wheat Sheaf
in the
Fleet market
where they drank two Potd of Beer
more they went from thence in order to go
Home and Thomas Walsom told this Informant
he would be damned if he went home without
