Laced Necklaces were taken & Carried away from
the inside of the Shop Window that thro Informant
observed some fresh blood on the paper from which
the said Goods had been taken and that the Ten
piece of Ribband two Dozen & a half of Necklaces
and there pieces of Lace now produced are a part
of this Informants property which were taken and
Carried away at the time & in the manner aforesaid
And this Informant further saith that the whole
Front of his Shop is fixed & Glazed and that all
the panes of Glass therein were whole before the
pane before mentioned was broke as aforesaid
And these Informants Dennis McDonald< no role > [..]
John Dixon< no role > and John Tubb< no role > for themselves jointly say
[..] thatthe said Headborough of Saint Giles
that upon the Information of James Parish< no role >
given on Tuesday Night last they apprehended
the three persons now present who call themselves
William Richmond< no role > James Ross< no role > and Wm Clayton< no role >
that upon Wednesday Morning they examinedthe
all their hands & foundthea Cut upon the buckle
of the fore finger of the right hand of William Clayton
which appeared to be afresh WoundThat upon the
Information of the said James Parish the
two Informants Dennis McDonald and John
Dixon went to the House of Isaac Evans< no role >
Field Lane and these found the Ten pieces of
Ribband three pieces of Lace and two Dozen & a half
of Necklaces now produced & Sworn to be the
property of the other Informant Benjn Bealby< no role >
