Who being severally upon Oath say and first
this InformantIsaacElizabeth Evans for
herself saith that she keeps a Sale Shop
in
Field Lane
that about three oClock in the afternoon
on Tuesday last a person now present who calld
himself William Richmond< no role >
brought a parcel
of Ribband Lace & the Necklaces now produced
and Sworn to be the property of Benjamin Bealby< no role >
& offered the same to this Informant to Sale that
she bought the same and paid the sd. Richmond
two pounds & Nine Shillings
And this Informant Isaac Evans for himself
saith that he is the Husband of the other Informant
that about three oClock on Tuesday last he came of
the Yard of his House where he was at Work into the
Shop where he saw his Wife together in the person
now present who calls himself Williams Richmond
that his Wife then shewed him the parcel of Ribband
Lace & Necklaces now produced & told this Informt
that she had bought the same of the said William
Richmond That while this Informant was in the
Shop the person now present who calls himself
James Parish< no role >
came in & he asked if another
Boy had been thereupon which this Informant told
him that he had & had been gone about a quarter
of an hour
And this Informant Elizabeth Murphy< no role >
for
