Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County City and Liberty
Who being upon Oath saith that about a Month
ago he together with James Ross and William
Richmond about Seven oClock in the Evening went
to a Hosiers Shop in Princes Street
where She
Shop Window was Broke this Informant took
thereout one pair of Silk Stockings 2 pair of
Silk & Worsted and four pair of Thread Stockings
which he gave to William Richmond then they
went over the Way to Ross one pair of Stockings
now produced which were taken in the said Shop
was Sold to Mr Murphy [..]
at the Ship
in Bainbridge Street
by Richmond
for which he brought three Shillings the two pair
of Thread & Worsted were Sold to Mr Bromley
a Cooks Shop at the Top of Hog Lane
by James
Ross and he brought four Shillings for [..]
[..] the Money they Shared between them at
Murphys in Bainbridge Street the other four
pair; this Informant had one pair of them which he
sent to pawn by one Thomas Lee< no role >
who told him
that he pawned thence at the Pawnbrokers in Dyot
Street
& brought this Informant One Shilling
and Six pence James Ross had another part
& Sold them but where this Informant earmot rell
Richmond lost the other two Pair
That on Monday Night last this Informant
together with One Alexander a Taylor< no role >
went to be
Coal Shop in Market Lane
Saint James's Market
where thro Informant went into the Shop & brought out
