Justices of the Peace in and for the said County the 19th
day of January in the Year of our Lord 1774

Who saith that last nightabout sevenhe this informant together
with John Clark< no role >
John Warren< no role >
and Mark Brown< no role >
agreed to
go to a House in Burr Street
and Rob the same-saith that
when they came there they formd the said House Street up
saith that from thence they went to another House
in Wapping Street
with intent to break open the same
That as they were going to the said last mentioned
House they perceived a Shew Glass containing Silver Buckles
Rings and divers other Things therein at a House near
Orange Court
in Wapping Street
which they the several
persons above named agreed to Steal and accordingly
they Loitered in the said Street about an hour & half
and then having an opportunity they all went and
took away the said shew Glass and the several Things
therein and came-the same to [..]

Mulberry Garden
where they emptied
or took the Goods and Things out of the said Shew
Glass and put it in Handkerchiefs (but left the said
shew Glass there) which they carried to the Lodgings of
one Hartman in Wentworth Street
and there took the
said Goods and Things out of the Handkerchiefs and put
them in a White Bagwhich they the said several
persons and this Informant immediately conveyed or
