her pockets but found nothing she having given it
all that it was a fire clear Moonlight night by
which means she had a full View of his person and
Dress and is clear and positive that the said
Charles Rogers< no role > is the person who Robbed her
as aforesaid and does verily believe from the
appearance of their persons and their being in the same
Dresses new which they were in at the time of the
Robbery that the two Men now present who call
themselves William Oxtoby< no role > & Joseph Horton< no role >
are the two Men who were in Company with
Rogers whom her Money was first demanded
and are the two Men who joined him after he
had Robbed her and either held or stood by her

saith that he is Servant to Mr. Mc Evey< no role > a
Pawn broker in Holywell Street Shoreditch
that on Tuesday Morning lastaboutbetween
Seven & Eight o Clockin the Mantwo person
now present who call themselves Charles Rogers< no role >
and Sarah Taylor< no role > came into his Masters Shop
when one of them offered a pair of Silver Buckles
now produced to pledges but not agreeing about
the Sum they wanted upon them they went away
that in about five Minutes the said Sarah
Taylor< no role > returned with the Buckles [..] when this
Informant sent her the Sum of Eight Shillings
