Feilds in the County of Middlesex Sadler maketh Oath
and Saith That he this Deponent and Jane Leaver< no role > this &
Deponent Niece were on the second Day of September last
severally bound by Recognizance before Sir John
Fielding< no role > Knight one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County of Middlesex in the Penalty of
Forty Pounds each Upon Condition that he this
Deponent should Prosecute and the said Jane Leaver< no role >
give Evidence against Lyon Abrahams< no role > This name instance is in set 1112. Mary Wolfe< no role >
and Aaron Spencer< no role > at the then next Session of
Goal Delivery to be holden in and for the said
County against the said Lyon Abrahams< no role > for
feloniously stealing a Trunk a Handkerchief
and other things the property of one Mary Rosseier
Spinster who was then gone to Switzerland and
against the said Mary Wolfe< no role > and Aaron Spencer< no role >
for receiving the same Goods knowing them to have
been Stolen And the Deponent saith that ne this
Deponent is a Foreigner and being then totally
Ignorant how to carry on the Prosecution against
the said Lyon Abrahams< no role > This name instance is in set 1112. Mary Wolfe< no role > and Aaron
Spencer< no role > he this Deponent left the Care and
Management of the said Prosecution to one Richard
Smith< no role > of Whitechapel in the said County Butcher
who was then at the said Sir John Fielding< no role > 's Office
and was bound over in the same Recognizance with
this Deponent to give Evidence against the said
Prisoner Lyon Abrahams< no role > Mary Wolfe< no role > and Aaron
