The Information of Joseph Holloway< no role >
Francis Blakesley< no role > John Richmond< no role > and
William Hawthorne< no role > taken before
me One of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the said County

Who severally being upon Oath And first this
Informant Joseph Holloway< no role > for himself saith
that he was appointed One of the Executors to
the last Will & Testament of One Robert Hand< no role >
who Died in the Month of July last in which
Will the said Robert Hand< no role > Bequeathed the
Sum of twenty Pounds to his Brother Thomas
Hand
< no role > to be paid to him by the Exors within
One Year after the Becease of the sd. Robert
And that about a fortnight after the Death
of the said Robert the said Thomas Hand< no role >
came to this Informant & told him that he
had been Robbed & was fear full that he should
be again Robbed for he had seen fellows levetg
about & desired this Informant to lend him
a Pistol & this Informant lent him the
Horsemans Pistol now produced And this
Informant further saith that some after
lending the said Pistol to the said Thomas Hand< no role >
this Informant was told that the Widow of
the said Robert Hand< no role > had lodger Forty Pounds
& upwards Moneys belonging to & being part
of the Effects of her Deceased Husband in the
Hands of One Elizth. Saunders at the Rising
Sum in Tottenham Ct. Road And this Informt
Went to Demand the said Money as Executors
from the said Elizabeth Saunders< no role > and the
said Thos. Hand was then Present & saw the
Money paid to this Informant by the Widow Elizabeth
