Saunderand the said Thomas Hand< no role > Damnot
his Sister several times for a foolish Bitch
in letting this Informt. have the Money & made
Use of the Expression of Blowing his Brains out
but whether it was Blowing his own Brainsent
or this Informant Brains out how not certain
but verily believes it was that he would Blow
this Informants Brains out rather than he
should have had the Money and that several times
since the said Thomas hath threatened that
he would take away his this Informant life at some time or other
And this Informant further saith that on
Saturday the 6th. Instant about 12' o'Clock
at Noon he was Standing near his own Door
the said Thos. Hand came up be find kind him & sayd
Mr. Holloway you are the Man I want upon
which this Informant formed himself around
& was much surprised & feared some Mischief
woud Ensue from the said Thomas Bound from
the several therets of his taking his life away
before that time and upon this Informts. turning
around he saw a Horse Pistol under his Coat which he
then thought to be his this Informts. Pistol
which he had before lent to the said Thomas
And the said Thomas endeavoured Immediately
to pull out the said Pistol from Under his Coat
but the Pistol hung to his Coat which gave
this Informant time to get into his House
& the said Thomas Pursued him & this
Informant got his Body into his Kitchen Door
but his left Arm was out & the said Thomas
say'd Dawn You Ill have your life and
Immediately the Pistol was Fixed and a
Ball entered a little above the Wrist & came out
a little below the Elbow &Codged in thewas found
by the Kitchen Wall & a Place In the Wall Indented
