such Information as aforesaid And this Deponent
Saith that after he had so attended the said Prosecutor as
aforesaid he enquired of him if the Matter was ended
And the Prosecutor told him it was over for he had
made it up with Dowling who was discharged in
Consequence thereof And that this Deponent had no
further to do with or about the Affair This Declaration
of the Prosecutor being satisfactory to this Deponent
who is wholly unacquainted with Law Matters He
this Deponent never gave himself any further
Trouble about the Affair till he received a Letter from
the Clerk of the Goal Delivery for the County of Middlesex
informing this Deponent that his Recognizance would
be estreated if not take due care of which Letter bears
Date the 19th. October instant And Lastly
this Deponent Saith that he is informed which he
believes to be true that the said Prosecutor is in
Prison for Debt so that this Deponent hath no
Prospect of Satisfaction from him Therefore
this Deponent humbly Prays his Recognizance
may be discharged As this Deponent verily
believes he had complyed with the Condition
thereof by his Attendance as aforesaid
