Maketh Oath and Say that one Richard Gregory< no role >
and John Stacy< no role >
are Each of them Material Wittness's as to the Matter of fact
on the Tryal of this Indictment on behalf of these Deponts
and without whose testimony these Deponts Cannot Go to Tryal
with Safety to themselves and these Deponts Say that they have
Caused Diligent Enquirey and Search to be made of ten their
Wittnesse's at their Last places's of Abode where they Usealy
frequented in London, in Order to have Each of them Served
with a Process of Subpaena which them Depont. Caused to Be
Isued, and these Deponts. farther Say that often Such Inquirey
after the said Richard Gregory< no role >
and John Stacy< no role >
as aforesaid they
are informed and Believe the same to be true that the Said
