who being upon Oath Says that on Sunday Night was Sovenight five Persons
now present who call themselves Charles Burton< no role > Edward Flannagan< no role > Joseph
Lumen John Coleby< no role > and Thomas Mackaway< no role > were drinking together at
the Green Man of Saffron hill and that he this Informant at the
Request of Mrs. Evans the Landlady of the said house desired the said first
persons to go away from the said house
