The King on the Prosecution of
the Right Honble Thomas Harley< no role >

Clerk to the above named Prosecutor maketh Oath
and Saith that the said Prosecutor is now and
hath been three Weeks last past out of Town
and a certain [..] peace of Gold Lace
[..]
being as this Deponent Verily believes past of the
Gold Lace belonging to a Scarlet Suit of Cloths
mentioned in the Indictment on which the above
named Prisoners are to take their Tryal, was
previous to the said Prosecutors going out of
Town delivered to him as this Deponent
verily believes and afterwards lock up by
him and cant be got at during his Absence
and this deponent is Informed and verily
believes that his requisite and Material to
produce the said Piece of Lace on the Tryal
and that the Prosecutor cant Safely
proceed to Tryal without the same and that the
said Prosecutor is not experted in Town Hall Thursday next
