The Information of James Clement< no role >
John Pagett< no role > This name instance is in set 3663. taken before me
25th. day of July 1770

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said James Clement< no role >
for himself says [..] on Saturday Evening the 14th. of July Instant
there were stolen from his Apartments the Corner of air Street two
Watches & a Waistcoat now produced and a Case for a Watch to
hang in now produced and the said John Pagett< no role > for himself says
that Yesterday Evening he was fetched by Marks Garrick to stop two
persons whom he suspected to be Thieves that he accordingly went
to the Blue Boar in Camomile Street where he found two Persons now
present who call themselves William Henley< no role > James Conrey upon
whom he found the said two Watches now produced and that
finding a Direction where the Said William Henley< no role > lodged he went to
his Lodgings where he found the Waistcoat and Case for holding a
Watch now produced
