, says that
last Thursday or Friday Night the said Henry Jones< no role >
the said John
Coleby< no role >
and this Informant attempted to break upon a house
near Walham Green
but a person shot at them and wounded the
said John Coleby< no role >
in the face upon which they went away says
that last Sunday Night the said John Coleby< no role >
Charles Burton< no role >
Edward Flannagan< no role >
Joseph Lumm and this informant broke
open a house in Sackville Street and stole a Quantity of Silver
Plate which was sold by the said Charles Burton< no role >
[..] to one Lion a Jew,
says that immediately of the committing the said Robbery the
said Charles Burton< no role >
the Said John Coleby< no role >

Joseph Lumm and this Informant went to Sign of the
Black Boy
at Salt Petre Bank
and drank some Cyder and
in the Evening the said Lion came to the Black Boy aforesaid
and paid thirty Guineas for the said Plate, that the said John

the said Charles Burton< no role >
the Said Edward Flannagan< no role >
and
this Informant were all present at receiving the Said thirty
Guineas, says that on the Sunday Night aforesaid the said Joseph
Lumm John Coleby< no role >
and this Informant were drinking at the
Green Man on Saffron hill
that they continued there till about
10 o'Clock & then went out and meeting with the Said Edward Flannagan< no role >
and Charles Burton< no role >
in Field Lane
they all returned to the Green
Man aforesaid and staid a Quarter of an hour, then went to the
Strand
and attempted to break open a house in a Street near
Charging Cross but A Woman in the house coming to the Window
the Said John Coleby< no role >
threatened to blow her Brains out that they
then quitted that house and went from thence to Sackwille
